Season ticket holders tickets
If you have your season ticket domiciled and want to keep your seat, you don’t have to do anything. You can download your ticket from your Bacantix profile starting on Friday, April 11 in the My tickets tab, or pick it up at the Bilbao Basket Store (Gran Vía, 80). The receipt will be processed on Tuesday, April 8.
If you have your season ticket domiciled but do not wish to attend the match, send an email to info@bilbaobasket.biz (Subject: Semifinal) before April 7 with your details indicating that you do not wish to attend the match.
If you do not have your season ticket domiciled but want to attend, you can make the payment within your Bacantix account in the My tickets tab. We can also assist you at the Bilbao Basket Store (Gran Vía, 80). Tickets will be available on April 8.
General public tickets
General public tickets will go on sale next Tuesday, April 8 at 12:00 p.m.
