The City Council of Bilbao offers 2,305 places for sports and healthy leisure activities for children between 6 and 13 years old within the Summer Sports-Summer Fun and Specific Campus programs. Registrations will be open to all interested parties from May 12 through the Bilbao Kirolak website and in person at the TPV machines at the sports centers. These programs will take place from June 24 to September 6 at the municipal sports centers of Errekalde, Deusto, San Inazio, and Txurdinaga.
The City Council of Bilbao provides 2,305 places for sports and healthy leisure activities for children between 6 and 13 years old within the Summer Sports-Summer Fun and Specific Campus programs of rhythmic gymnastics, artistic gymnastics, trampoline, modern dance, climbing, and racket. Registrations will be open to all interested parties starting from May 12 through the Bilbao Kirolak website and in person at the TPV machines in the sports centers. The programs will run from June 24 to September 6, from 9:00 to 14:00 (with flexible entry and exit times from 8:30 to 14:30).
1,965 places are allocated to the Summer Sports-Summer Fun program, which will be held at the municipal sports centers of San Inazio, Deusto, Errekalde, and Txurdinaga. Bilbao Kirolak has organized a bus service to transport registered children to the Errekalde center. Additionally, 30 places are reserved for children with disabilities in the adapted sports colonies at the San Inazio sports center.
340 places are dedicated to the Specific Campus of 5 sports disciplines – rhythmic gymnastics, artistic gymnastics, trampoline, modern dance, climbing, and racket – which will take place at the sports centers of Txurdinaga, Errekalde, and San Inazio.
The goal of this municipal programming is twofold: to support families in their reconciliation needs during the summer months and to provide children with the opportunity to have fun, practice sports, learn new experiences, and make friends.
The Summer Sports-Summer Fun program offers various sports activities for children aged 6 to 13. A total of 1,965 places will be available, including 30 for children with functional diversity. The program will run from June 24 to September 6, from 9:00 to 14:00, with flexible entry and exit times. Interested families can register for as many weeks as they wish, with places allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Adapted sports activities will take place at the San Inazio sports center from June 24 to July 26. Registration for the 30 places for adapted sports can be done at the San Inazio sports center.
The Campus offers 5 sports disciplines: rhythmic gymnastics, artistic gymnastics, trampoline, racket, modern dance, and climbing. Registration can be done by the week on the Bilbao Kirolak website and at the sports centers, starting from May 12 for both members and non-members of Bilbao Kirolak. There is a bus service available for the Errekalde sports center at an additional cost of 20 euros per week. Interested families can register for as many weeks as they wish, with places allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
