The deadline is open until Monday, March 31st (10:30 am) for Members and Gazte Abonoa to activate their cards for the return match at San Mamés against Rangers FC on April 17th (9:00 pm).
Starting on Monday, March 17th, and until Monday, March 31st (10:30 am), Athletic Club offers an exclusive period to activate online the Membership card or Gazte Abonoa for the return match of the UEFA Europa League quarter-finals to be played at the San Mamés Stadium on Thursday, April 17th (9:00 pm) against Rangers FC.
Outside of this period, the Club cannot guarantee the allocation of their usual seat to Members or Gazte Abonoa. Once the purchase period is open to other Athletic Club collectives and the general public, Members can purchase a discounted ticket, subject to availability.
ACTIVATE CARD
Deadlines for ticket sales once the exclusive activation period for Members and Gazte Abonoa has concluded:
- Members, Gazte Abono, Club Athletic Premium: starting on Wednesday, April 2nd, at 12:00 pm.
- Club Athletic: starting on Thursday, April 3rd, at 12:00 pm.
- General public: starting on Saturday, April 5th, at 12:00 pm.
Members who have activated the card or purchased a ticket for the round of 16 match against AS Roma will receive a 5% discount on the price of this match, automatically applied to the official Membership price list (see below). Similarly, activating the Membership card or purchasing a ticket as a Member for this quarter-final match will provide a 5% discount (if Athletic Club qualifies) for the home match in the semi-finals.
Furthermore, attending the quarter-final match as a Member, related to activating the card or purchasing a ticket as a Member, increases the chances of winning a ticket in a hypothetical draw for the Europa League final, which will be held at San Mamés this season. All Members can participate in this hypothetical draw, with each Member having as many entries as attendances at Europa League matches in San Mamés, plus an additional entry for being a Member.
Members’ cards can also be activated at the San Mamés ticket office, coinciding with the ticket office opening hours for the match against Osasuna (March 28th). During the ticket office opening for the matches against Rayo Vallecano (date and time to be confirmed) and Rangers (April 13th), Members who have not activated their card on time can purchase a ticket at the Membership price, although the usual seat or ticket availability cannot be guaranteed.
Members with their seat in the Anillo Sur can purchase their ticket for €48, with a 5% discount applied if they purchased the pass for the AS Roma match.
On the other hand, Gazte Abonoa holders can activate their pass for this round of 16 match for €25.
Members affected in blocks 112, 301, 324, and 333
Due to UEFA requirements, some Members do not have their usual seats for Europa League matches at San Mamés. Specifically, the affected seats are as follows:
- Block 112: Row 01 (seats 01 to 31) / Row 02 (seats 01 to 31) / Row 03 (seats 01 to 31) / Row 04 (seats 01 to 31) / Row 05 (seats 01 to 31) / Row 06 (seats 01 to 31) / Row 07 (seats 01 to 31) / Row 08 (seats 01 to 31) / Row 09 (seats 01 to 27)
- Block 301: Row 16 (seats 01 to 27) / Row 17 (seats 01 to 27) / Row 18 (seats 01 to 27).
- Block 324: Row 01 (seats 01 to 15) / Row 02 (seats 01 to 15) / Row 03 (seats 01 to 16) / Row 04 (seats 01 to 16) / Row 05 (seats 01 to 17) / Row 06 (seats 01 to 18) / Row 07 (seats 01 to 16) / Row 08 (seats 01 to 17) / Row 31 (seat 29).
- Block 333: Row 16 (seats 01 to 27) / Row 17 (seats 01 to 27).
Athletic Club apologizes for any inconvenience caused by these requirements and will provide affected Members the opportunity to purchase their tickets during an exclusive period immediately after the exclusive period for the rest of the Members, with an additional 50% discount on the chosen seat price.
The exclusive period for ticket purchases for Members affected by this circumstance will start on Tuesday, April 1st (12:00 pm) and end on Wednesday, April 2nd (12:00 pm), before opening ticket sales to other Club collectives and the general public (a period in which affected Members can still purchase a ticket, although no longer with preference over these collectives).
