From June 13 to 15, 3×3 basketball and urban culture will land in the heart of Bilbao in an Official FIBA 3X3 Competition for all audiences. For three days, El Arenal will be the setting for a special event that will combine 3×3 basketball with music, art, fun, and urban ambiance.
A competition for everyone
Bilbao Jokoan is for anyone who wants to enjoy 3×3 basketball from within an official competition of the highest international basketball entity, regardless of age. The tournament covers levels from formation to an Old School category for participants over 40 years old, including a Wheelchair Basketball (BSR) category and another suitable for participants with intellectual disabilities.
PRO Tournament
During the weekend, an Official FIBA 3X3 PRO competition will be held simultaneously in both the women’s and men’s categories, where national and international 3×3 professional teams will compete for a prize of €3,000 per category. Additionally, the winning team in the women’s section will receive a wildcard for a FIBA 3×3 Women’s Series, and the winning team in the men’s section will receive a wildcard for a FIBA 3×3 Challenger.
The entry will be free for anyone who wants to enjoy the highest level of 3×3 basketball.
More Than A Game
Under the motto «More Than A Game,» the event will be immersed in an urban atmosphere that will root it in the street origins of the sport. Therefore, during the competitions, everyone who joins Bilbao Jokoan will be able to enjoy, among many other activities, basketball contests (Dunk Contest, 3-Point Contest, etc.), musical performances, artistic shows, and food trucks.

You still have time to enjoy Bilbao Jokoan. Registrations are open, and you can sign up your team by clicking here. The registration fee for formation categories (eskolak, premini, mini, infantil, cadete, and junior) is €35 per team, and €60 per team for senior teams (Senior and Old School).
